Very little has been publicized in mass print and broadcast media.
Also highly relevant are a study in South Korea that finds levels of methanol similar to those from aspartame drinks cause the hangovers from alcohol drinks, a study in China on Alzheimer’s type damage in nerve cells from low dose formaldehyde, and an IARC review by 25 experts that determines formaldehyde to be a human carcinogen.
So far, USA print and broadcast media are deaf, blind, and dumb,
regarding recent major bans of aspartame and MSG in the UK and EU.
The EU Parliament voted July 12 to ban artificial sweeteners
in newly born and infant foods.
On May 15 four huge UK supermarket chains announced bans
of aspartame and MSG, food dyes, and many additives
to protect kids from ADHD –
Sainsbury, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, and ASDA, a unit of WalMart.

As a mom with 2 boys who have food allergies, we are increasingly concerned about the foods we eat. Thank you so much for continuing to inform us on these topics. We’ve found your site very useful.

High Fructose Corn Syrup and dyes that end in a number, (like Red #40) are the main contributor to my daughters hyper activity and hives. Since I cut foods out that do not contain these ingredients, she is calmer and healther and no longer has hives or rashes.
Shop at your local growers markets. The prices are better than the grocery stores and it is grown in your region. Which is also important.
I am 56 years old and have suffered sinus conditions, lack of energy, ibs, etc. all my life. I am always trying different diets, etc. to try to feel better. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 15 years ago and my son has alopthecia universalis, both autoimmune diseases. I recently ordered the book “The Gluten Connection” and learned that most people with autoimmune related conditions have gluten sensitivity to varying degrees. I am currently trying a diet free of gluten and, so far, I have noticed I am not swollen in my sinuses as I was before and most of my symptoms are clearing up. I now know that inflammation in your body leads to all diseases and food allergies and gluten sensitivity wreak havoc with inflammation in your body. I didn’t read anything about gluten sensitivity on your website, so I thought I would bring this to your attention. Food allergies are are a huge problem but gluten sensitivity should also be investigated as it can be making many people sick.
I started to learn all this last year. I have completely changed the way my family eats. My youngest son has ezcema and although I always gave him Organic milk I didn’t notice a huge improvement in his skin on his belly. I have reduced his milk intake about 90% and have noticed that his belly is a lot smoother. You can’t feel any rough spots hardle.
Doing all kinds of research I also found out about putting lotions and any other products on your skin and how bad it is for you and all the toxic ingredients. I have now found a company that has Certified Organic Skincare, Cosmetics and Probiotics and it is wonderful.
I am not here to promote my website but you can look at it and it shows toxic ingredients and the certified organic ingredients.
